Questions Answers
What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa? The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably. There are also 2 portable cribs available for our youngest guests.
Is smoking or pets allowed? For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa, which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
How far away are the main attractions? The villa is just a short drive to Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. Because of its close proximity to the parks, the villa is ideal for a swim and a rest in the afternoon before returning to the parks for evening entertainment should you wish to do so. It is also on the quieter side of the Disney area, and many seek this community out for it’s ideal balance fo closeness to the attractions but relaxing surroundings.
Which direction does the pool face? The villa has an ideal south west facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun!
How do we locate/enter the property? Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you upon payment of the final balance.
Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.? The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Kitchen cookware, bed linens, towels & pool towels as well as hairdryers are provided. A small initial supply of soap, toilet paper, and other supplies are provided and will need to be replenished as required.
Do you have any facilities for small children? The villa is equipped with a child safety fence for small children as well as a highchair and 2 pack n plays (portable cots/cribs) as well as a stroller for toddlers.
What entertainment is provided? Each bedroom has its own flat-screen with cable television. Our main living room entertainment center boasts a 55” flat screen television with high definition, a Wii gaming system with a generous selection of games for children and families, a Blu-ray DVD player with an assorted library of books as well as videos for your reading and viewing enjoyment. Our game room has a VCR/DVD player and a Playstation 2 with a generous selection of games. A pool table, an air hockey table, and a dartboard round out our game room activities.
Is the pool heated? The pool and spa can be heated for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would highly recommend pool heat from October through to April. Many guests also enjoy pool heat even in the summer months to relax in the spa at nighttime. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law and the spa, when heated, is set to 99 degrees F.
Are there stores near by? The villa is just minutes from a 24 hour supermarket (Publix) and a Wal-Mart. In addition, there is a wide variety of other stores only a short (5-10 minute distance in any direction).
Are there any Restaurants nearby? There is a wealth of restaurants on Highway 192 as well as Highway 27, including: Subway, Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chick fil-A, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI, Dennys, Bob Evans, Olive Garden, also various Chinese, Italian restaurants/takeaways etc., many of whom will deliver. Information & directions to local restaurants can be found in the information binder in the villa
Are there any medical services nearby? Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind, there are 3 nearby walk-in clinics just a short drive from the villa. Their addresses and telephone numbers are listed in the information binder in the villa.
What services are provided? The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Who do we contact for questions/emergencies? We have employed a professional (24 hour/7 days a week) management company to look after your every need. Contact details can be found in the information folder in the villa and will be sent out with our welcome/arrival information.
Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the villa? Everything on-site is included at no additional cost. A Barbeque can be provided at additional cost through our management company. Our management company can also arrange flower bouquets and many other personalized special requests as well. Please let us know any requests at the time of booking.
How do we book? Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
